Delete your EasyLetGo account

You can delete your EasyLetGo Requestor or Picker account at any time.

1. In the app

  1. Open the EasyLetGo Requestor or EasyLetGo Picker app and sign in.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Pickers should withdraw their remaining balance before deleting the account.

2. Without the app

Use the support form, choose “Delete my account” and enter the email address linked to your account. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.

3. What happens to your data

Within 30 days we delete or anonymise your profile, contact details, addresses, order history, photos and location data.

We keep only what we must: payment records as required by Lithuanian accounting law (up to 10 years), and data needed for an open dispute until it is resolved. See the Privacy Policy for details.
